Shipping Policy

PROCESSING

Kindly allow up to three business days for us to process your order. You will receive a tracking notification once your package has been shipped. Processing times are provided as a general guideline and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization or periods of high volume, such as restocks or holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed beyond three business days.

 

USA SHIPPING

Domestic United States orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). SUNDER TONES shall not be held liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.

 

LOST PACKAGES

SUNDER TONES is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office immediately to submit a missing package(s) search request. We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.
