Products and Craftsmanship

• Unique Variations: Our jewelry is handcrafted or made-to-order. Please note that natural stones and metals may vary slightly in color or texture from the images shown on our website.

• Sizing: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct ring, necklace and bracelet size. We provide a sizing guide for reference, but we are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

 

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or availability.

• Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. We do not store your credit card information.

 

Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to process before shipping.

• Insurance: High-value items are shipped with insurance and may require a signature upon delivery.

• Customs: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Should you encounter any dissatisfaction, we are pleased to offer a credit for unworn items returned within seven days of receiving them.

 

To initiate an exchange for credit, kindly email [INSERT EMAIL] and include “Exchange Request” in the subject line, along with your Order Number. We anticipate a response within 48 hours. Items sent back without prior exchange request will not be accepted.

 

Upon receiving the returned items in the specified conditions, we will process your credit via email for the value of the exchanged items. This credit can be utilized immediately for a new order. Please allow up to 72 hours for the processing and credit issuance of your returned item(s).

 

Please be advised that credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping.

 

SUNDER TONES reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or exhibit signs of wear.

All content on this site, including jewelry designs, photography, and logos, is the exclusive property of Sunder Tones. You may not reproduce, copy, or "drop-ship" our designs without express written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

Sunder Tones shall not be liable for any allergic reactions to metals (such as nickel, brass, copper, or stainless steel) or for damages resulting from the improper care or cleaning of the jewelry.
